Many of my customers have asked me whether or not they should cut their prices. In today’s economy, price cutting seems to be the tactic of many small business owners. If this describes your business, beware of the discount shopper. These shoppers are only looking for a deal, and typically won’t convert to a long-term customer. However, there are pros and cons to every marketing tactic. So, how do you discount without diluting your brand?
