I am on twitter personally. Not sure how to use it for my business. How do I have people follow me???
Hi, Mary Jane-
Not sure how to use Twitter for your business? No problem. The first thing to ask yourself what you want to accomplish using Twitter, or any social media tool, for your business. Do you want to increase your sales and leads? Then I would start to advertise sales or coupons on your twitter feed. I would also advertise any events that you may have or attending so people know where to find you.
Social media is also a good way for you to listen to your customers, and provide for their needs/wants. I hope this starts to point you in the right direction.
And thanks for the blog post idea. Look for another post addressing this question next week.
All the Best,
Dara
Thanks Twitter Directory 2000 for the tip! I’ll be sure to include it in my next post.
